Commercial strategy is a company’s plan to market its products and survive over time. Without a plan, we can easily lose our way and lose business. This commercial strategy is a combination of tools that enable you to reach your target market.
These tools are known as the “5 Ps”: Product, price, promotion, people and post-sales service.
Each of these areas has one sole purpose: respond quickly, efficiently and effectively to meet the client’s needs and desires.
“Who are we, and who do we want to be?” Finding a balance between these questions isn’t always easy, but it’s vital for setting up a commercial strategy. This is one of the key areas to which Turismark will contribute enormously at the start of our relationship.
