Once the audit is complete and the strategy has been set up, we will implement some short, medium and long-term commercial actions, with an emphasis on the following:
Optimise accommodation planning and inventory management.
Analysis and management of OTA profiles, online reputation portals and social networks.
Analysis and report on photos and branding in the media, brochures and catalogues.
Standardisation of commercial documents: technical data sheets, newsletters, promotions, stop sales, etc.
Standardisation of commercial processes: rate setting, integrated channel manager, contracting, pickups, booking engine, etc.
Review and/or develop the company website, optimisation and implementation of marketing campaigns with our digital marketing partner.
Inclusion of your establishment in Turismark brochures and advertising material.
Attend workshops and top-level or specialist travel fairs.
